Halden

About

The note should be finished by the person who saw the patient.

Halden, pronounced HAL-den, exists because a visit and a chart note are not the same piece of work. The visit happens in the room. The note is what the next clinician trusts.

Speech can be captured quickly. Turning that speech into history, exam, assessment, and plan still takes a careful read. Halden does the first layout. The clinician keeps the last word.

We do not claim a hospital network, a certification, or a count of clinics. The product on this site is the draft desk: a note you can edit, codes you can hold, and a file step that waits.
